You can add the following activities in your routine to help you turn your life around.
1. Know what is crucial.
Write down your principals of life in a list format. These are your beliefs that are beyond negotiation. The list may include family time, karaoke, dog walk, honesty, kindness, etc. These points explain how you want to live life and the relationships that you want throughout your life.
