It’s probably safe to say that we all want to age gracefully. For many of us, that may include the liberal use of anti-aging products to help fight against the natural process of aging – which is why the anti-aging industry was US$80 billion in size in 2011, and is projected to top US$114 billion by 2015.

Here’s an infographic that takes a close look at anti-aging products and the industry surrounding it – it’s startling clear that while anti-aging products and techniques have proven to be mostly ineffective in delaying the passage of time on the way we look, the vain amongst us are still more than willing to hurl money – and lots of it – at trying to delay the inevitable.
