If there’s a sign that the Singapore startup scene is on all levels of freaking awesome right now, it’s that we’ve seen Startups in Asia and then DEMO Asia happen in relatively quick succession in the past couple of months. Now there’s yet another mega startup event on the calendar – Echelon 2012!
Echelon is pretty much the pioneer grassroots event in the Singapore Internet and web technology landscape – Echelon started in 2010, and existed as UnConference Singapore even before that – andĀ Echelon 2012 promises to be the biggest-ever edition this year. The two-day, double-track event on June 11-12,2012 looks at attracting over 1,100 delegates, and will feature a startup marketplace as well as a demo pit of up to 50 regional startups and various workshops helmed by speakers well-known in startup circles here.
If you’re a startup, you can apply to participate here (read this to see how it works). Startup Marketplace submissions close on March 31, 2012. Otherwise, you can still join the event and revel in the all kinds of Asian startup wonderful by buying your ticket here. And if you do, remember to use the code youngupstarts12 for a discount!
We’ll be seeing you there.
