I’m speaking at the upcoming New Media and Entrepreneurship seminar on Nov 12, 2010 hosted by the Nanyang Technological University (NTU).
I’ll be sharing my ideas on how entrepreneurs and small business owners can look at using social media to grow customer advocacy for their brands, products and services.
