Three Methodologies That Help Businesses Stay Creative

2. Agile methodology.

This method is based on an iterative, incremental approach. As the name suggests, it is focused on a swift turn around and a capacity to adapt to changing parameters during the project’s lifespan. Agile is open to changing requests over time and encourages continuous feedback from the end users. In this methodology, leadership inspires teamwork, face-to-face communication, and accountability.

  • The end goal is unknown. This is advantageous for projects whose end-goal is anonymous.

3. Scrum methodology.

It is a subset of agile methodology.Scrum is named after the rugby game. It focuses on the short delivery of projects, giving time for rapid feedback and quick responses to changes. There is a great focus on close collaboration and strong team dynamics. Scrum was developed for the software world since it is all about adapting to altering parameters and productivity.
