[Singapore][Event] 15 Startups Selected For Asian Leg Of Innotribe Startup Challenge
The Innotribe Startup Challenge is a year-round startup competition targeted at emerging startup companies and innovators that look at transforming the financial services industry. Launched by financial cooperative SWIFT, the Challenge travels around the world with three regional showcases in the US, Asia, and Europe and provides participants with the opportunity to interact and pitch leaders in the financial industry, participate in discussions on emerging innovations and networking events.
The competition has announced the selection of 15 Asia-based startups for its Asian leg, which will take place on 16 May 2013 at NUS Enteprise-run InnovFest 2013. The startups are:
- Innervative Learning
- Pin Payments
- YFind Technologies
These semi-finalists will pitch their original business ideas to a panel of the financial industry’s leading angels, VC’s and decision makers, and the winners will go on to compete against the winners from New York and London in the grande finale at Sibos, SWIFT’s annual conference, in Dubai in September.
“It’s great that we’re holding the Startup Challenge at InnovFest amongst top entrepreneurs from around the world who are looking for the new players in the market,” says Matteo Rizzi, co-founder at Innotribe.
