Perhaps the question could have been better phrased if it were ‘Which FEELS Better…’ Haaa!
Anyway, I believe in the business world, smartness is a double-edged sword; intelligent competitors can spur you to improve on your own company. They can also cause your downfall through nonsensical lawsuits (imagine getting sued by a ’smart’ competitor because he knows you’re financially weak to fight back!)
Of course, it must be a big ego trip to constantly have people reminding that you’re smart…who wouldn’t like that?

definitely surrounding smart people around you who are loyal and helps you increase your own value rather than them running off starting their own ventures…
