Entrepreneurs and small business owners in the know have been quietly leveraging professional online social network LinkedIn to keep in contact with business contacts and mine potential sales leads to good effect. I’ve been using and advocating LinkedIn since 2008, and I find it a great way to plug yourself into the relevant industry discussions occurring all the time between thought leaders and subject matter experts.
And today, LinkedIn just got even better – they’ve totally revamped and rebuilt from ground up their mobile apps for iPhone, Android (the previous versions were a mite pain to use) and mobile web through HTML5, and has included access to “Groups” for the first time.
I can just imagine most of my savvy entrepreneur- and technopreneur-types who’ve been using Groups all this time rubbing their hands in glee. You know who you are.
